CoreSafe Core Trays is the product division of Prospectors (a family owned Australian supply company of field equipment). Core Trays are crucial to keeping core samples safe during storage and transport in the mining industry and during scientific research. CoreSafe Core Trays also keep workers safe from common injuries.
This is an excellent product that has won many well-deserved awards and has been developed through extensive consultation with industry leaders. The product is exported worldwide through a range of strategic distributors.
The challenge presented to eSense:
CoreSafe’s website had been created internally and didn’t represent the quality of their unique product or the outstanding product features effectively. The site wasn’t generating leads for the business and didn’t position CoreSafe in their niche market appropriately or effectively.
Background and Goals presented for the project by the client:
The CoreSafe brand represents clean, functional design and impeccable quality so naturally the client wanted a new website to convey the same characteristics. The overall goal of the project was to create a polished, professional website that would showcase the products and support the goals of the sales and marketing team.
The process eSense followed to provide a solution:
At eSense Web Design we adhere to a proven process for our initial Discovery sessions and for Project Management. For this project these included strategic conversation’s with both Jessica (Prospector’s Sales Manager) and Robert (Bob,Owner and CEO). The outcome of these conversations cemented CoreSafe’s branding desires and led to product graphics that effectively showcase the unique product features. During the process, we also supported Jessica and Bob as they focused on what the predominant ‘Call To Actions’ should be and how to leverage these in a way that would increase sales leads and drive the business forward.
Our Project Manager worked closely with Jessica throughout the entire process. These meetings ensured she was never left ‘in the dark’ and that the outcome for every milestone within the project were delivered on time, meeting Jess and Bob’s expectations at all times.
Our Design and Development team valued creating an environment online that was both inviting and practical. CoreSafe’s new improved website now provides the information, knowledge and services required by their domestic and international clients, as well as meeting the needs of their distribution partners.
Specific Feature highlights:
We developed a user-friendly, interactive map on the site that also allows Jessica and her team the ability to update in-house as new distributors are added.
A picture tells a thousand words. The new website has clearer messaging of the benefits of these core trays patented design over the competition complete with illustrative images.
Scattered throughout the site are effective calls to action for distributors and potential customers. We invite visitors to get free samples, find their nearest distributor, get in touch and more. The CTA’s (calls to action) are put exactly where they make sense to a visitor.
CoreSafe gained two significant leads on the evening the site was launched.
Both Jessica and Bob said they would definitely recommend and use eSense’s services again – in fact, they already are! eSense is currently designing and developing updates for the parent company, Prospectors, website.
